Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a five-year, multi-million dollar endorsement deal with Herbalife.
The company’s contract with Ronaldo includes global publicity rights and various joint promotional activities. It also includes the opportunity for Herbalife and Ronaldo to work together to develop a new co-branded range of sports nutrition products.
Ronaldo joins more than 100 other Herbalife-sponsored athletes and teams, including FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, who pipped the Real Madrid star to the Fifa World Player of the Year award for 2012.
