Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola has agreed a sponsorship deal for the Copa America 2015 international team football tournament.
According to reports by Maquina do Esporte, Coca-Cola will become the fifth major sponsor of the competition alongside MasterCard, Santander, KIA and Kellogg’s Pringles.
Coca-Cola is set to be officially presented as a Copa America 2015 partner at a media event organised by the WeMatch agency in host nation Chile later this week.
The 2015 Copa America will take place between June 11 and July 4.
Coca-Cola is a top tier sponsor of world football’s governing body, Fifa, and the International Olympic Committee.
