Phuthuma Nhleko has lead the charge at MTN using sponsorship of the World Cup to expand the mobile operator’s footprint further afield in Africa and the Middle East. He will replace De Beers’ Nicky Oppenheimer on the Anglo board whilst stepping up from CEO to chairman at MTN. - 10/3/2011
