Atos Origin growth closely matched to Olympic footprint

ATOS ORIGIN has been dubbed the brains behind Olympic Games technology by Jacques Rogge and been involved with the IOC for 20 years. Now the platform provided by Beijing and Vancouver seems to be flowing through to their results. In announcing a shareholder dividend for the first time in two years, chairman and CEO Thierry Breton was able to point to growth in Asia and North America as a major contributing factor offsetting weakness in consulting in Europe. -17/2/2011
