adidas thinks pink for charity campaign

In collaboration with Major League Soccer (MLS) partners adidas and Gatorade, October was a key activation month for the league’s breast cancer awareness campaign, conducted by the community outreach initiative MLS W.O.R.K.S. All 18 MLS clubs conducted one night of local activation for the awareness drive. Matches were played with a commemorative pink adidas Jabulani ball  (pictured) and players used pink sideline towels provided by Gatorade. MLS corporate and broadcast partners supported the campaign with field board recognition during select matches.
