WSL clarifies stance as it teams up with consumer cannabidiol brand

The World Surf League has entered into a sponsorship agreement with consumer cannabidiol (CBD) brand cbdMD and moved to clarify its stance on the use of CBD among athletes.

The deal names cbdMD as the official title partner of the Jaws Big Wave Championships for the 2019-20 Big Wave season. CbdMD becomes the first-ever CBD sponsor of the WSL.
