World Curling Championships lands long-term title sponsor

Private banking company LGT has signed a deal to become the title sponsor of the next four World Curling Championships held outside of Canada.

The agreement will run until the end of the 2021-22 season, with LGT to be integrated into the event logo as part of the deal.

The new logo will be used for the first time at the 2019 LGT World Women’s Curling Championship, which will take place in Silkeborg, Denmark from March 16-24.

The deal extends LGT’s curling commitment, with the company also serving as a main sponsor of the European Curling Championships.
