Women’s Super League sees surge in online search interest

The FA Women’s Super League saw a 116-per-cent increase in global online search interest in 2021, according to a new report by digital and social media agency Redtorch.

It was the biggest increase of the 23 major leagues and series studied by the agency, which compared Google Trends data from the past five years to produce weekly index scores.
