English Premier League football team West Bromwich Albion has entered into a two year sponsorship deal with online betting service Freebets.com.
Under the agreement, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, Freebets.com becomes West Brom’s official digital betting partner until the end of the 2015-16 football season.
Freebets.com will benefit from a range of branding opportunities in association with West Brom, including sponsorship of the East Stand at its Hawthorns stadium.
Alongside extensive visibility at the Hawthorns and access to hospitality facilities, Freebets.com will have on online presence on West Brom’s official website.
A move into top-flight English football sits alongside Freebets.com’s established involvement in horse racing, where it is an official betting partner of Cheltenham Racecourse, racecourse operating group the Arena Racing Company and the Trophy Chase race at Cheltenham.
West Brom secured back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time this season with a 4-0 thrashing of Burnley on Sunday.
