Vauxhall Motors has extending its backing of the North West 200 motorcycling event in Northern Ireland.
The company has agreed to become a title sponsor of the 2016 edition, which takes place from May 10-14 and is a prominent fixture on the international road racing calendar. The event will take on the official title of the Vauxhall International North West 200.
Vauxhall has sponsored every year of the event since 2013. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Event director Mervyn White said: “Vauxhall provides us with finance, a vehicle fleet and significant branding around the circuit, all of which are vital in running an international event each year.”
