USOC satisfies sweet tooth with Hershey partnership

The United States Olympic Committee has agreed a five-year partnership with confectionery group Hershey.

Hershey has been named the confectionery partner of Team USA and will also serve as an official sponsor.

The relationship will cover next year’s Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as the winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea in 2018 and the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. Hershey will support the USA’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes during this period.

Hershey will receive extensive sponsorship and promotion rights from the USOC and will work closely with the Committee during the lead-up to each of the showpiece events. The deal will also incorporate popular Hershey products such as Reese’s and Twizzlers.
