Tully’s Coffee boost for United SportsCar Championship

Seattle-based coffee retailer Tully’s Coffee has announced a multi-year agreement with the International Motor Sports Association to become a partner of the motor racing sanctioning body and the official coffee of its United SportsCar Championship endurance series.

The partnership was announced at Daytona International Speedway, Florida at the annual test event for the Rolex 24 at Daytona – the opening race of the 2014 United SportsCar Championship.

Tully’s is the primary sponsor of the No.81 GB Autosport Porsche 911 GT America, which will compete at Daytona on January 25 and 26, when the team’s driving team will feature Damien Faulkner, Patrick Huisman and Bob Faieta.

Additionally, Tully’s Coffee will feature prominently at the Paddock Club for VIP guests at United SportsCar races, with a dedicated space for a fully staffed coffee bar and Tully’s baristas.

The deal restores Tully’s presence in US endurance racing after it was the primary sponsor for two GT Challenge entries in the 2012 American Le Mans Series.
