Trend Micro secures Women’s World Cup deal

Security software company Trend Micro Incorporated has signed a sponsorship agreement for the 2015 Fifa Women’s World Cup in Canada.

Trend Micro will serve as a national supporter of the tournament, which takes place from June 6 to July 5.

The company joins existing national supporters Bell Canada and Labatt Breweries.

Fifa marketing director Thierry Weil said: “National supporters are crucial to the success of our events and I am sure Trend Micro will play a valuable role in what is set to be a fantastic month of football in Canada.”
