Toray furthers tennis backing with Fed Cup deal

Japanese industrial products manufacturer Toray has stepped up its support of tennis by agreeing to become an International Partner of women’s national team tournament the Fed Cup.

The agreement with the International Tennis Federation is for the 2018 Fed Cup Final, which will see the Czech Republic and USA contest the title decider at Prague’s O2 Arena on November 10-11.

Toray has served as Title Sponsor of the Women’s Tennis Association’s Pan Pacific Open for 35 years, while it first linked up with the ITF earlier this year through Imprima, one of its sub-brands, as Title Sponsor of the World Junior Tennis Finals.

Toray joins Adecco as an international sponsor of the Fed Cup. BNP Paribas holds title sponsorship rights.
