French Champagne house Taittinger has extended its partnership with world football’s governing body Fifa.
Having partnered the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the SportsMarketing.fr website said Taittinger has now agreed a deal for next year’s tournament in Russia, as well as the 2019 Women’s World Cup, which will be staged in its home nation.
Taittinger will provide the official Champagne for the national team showpieces.
The company will also release a limited edition bottle themed around the World Cup.
