Japanese automotive manufacturer Suzuki has retained the naming rights to the 2014 edition of the Asean Football Federation’s national team tournament the Asean Football Championship.
Under the agreement, the event will continue to be known as the AFF Suzuki Cup.
This year will make the fourth consecutive occasion that Suzuki has served as title sponsor of the tournament, having supported the 2008, 2010 and 2012 editions of the championship.
This year’s event begins on November 22 and will be co-hosted by Vietnam and Singapore, the reigning champion of the competition. The AFF is the governing body for football in Southeast Asia.
