Sporting, Spezia latest to end Bitci deals amid accusations of missed payments

Portuguese Primeira Liga club Sporting and Italian Serie A team Spezia have become the latest football clubs to terminate their commercial deals with Turkish cryptocurrency exchange Bitci.
