Spanish postal service Correos has agreed to become the main sponsor of the Spanish Handball Federation through to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The deal includes an option to extend the agreement by an additional year.
Players from all Spanish national handball teams will carry Correos branding on the front of their jerseys for the duration of the agreement.
The first team to wear the newly-branded kit will be the women’s national team during December’s 2013 Women’s Handball Championship in Serbia. The men’s team, the current men's handball world champion, will wear the jerseys one month later at the 2014 European Men’s Handball Championship.
In addition to kit branding, the postal service will also have a presence in various Spanish Handball Federation media and advertising campaigns.
