SkyCity renews Warriors deal

Entertainment and casino company SkyCity has extended its term as a major sponsor of the New Zealand Warriors National Rugby League team by two seasons.

The deal takes SkyCity’s association with the Auckland-based club to 15 years and the company will benefit from branding space on the back of the Warriors’ NRL jersey.

Additionally, SkyCity venues will continue to host all major club events and a team store selling official Warriors merchandise will trade within the gift shop at the company’s Sky Tower in Auckland.

The Warriors, who are title sponsored by telecommunications giant Vodafone, finished 11th in the NRL this year.
