Seat adds women’s competition to Spanish Football Federation deal

Spanish carmaker Seat has expanded its top-tier partnership with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to include sponsorship of the women’s Copa de la Reina for the first time.

Seat has also renewed its sponsorship of the men’s Copa del Rey and Supercopa de España competitions. Its sponsorship of the three competitions will run until 2021.

Seat has held a tournament-wide sponsorship deal with the Copa del Rey for the last two seasons, having previously spent seven seasons sponsoring just the final. The final of the 2018-19 Copa del Rey will take place on May 25 between Barcelona and Valencia.

The final of this season’s Copa de la Reina will be held on May 11 between Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad.

Seat serves as a main sponsor of the RFEF alongside CaixaBank and Adidas.
