The 2015 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games has signed battery manufacturer GP Batteries as its latest commercial partner.
GP Batteries is added to the third sponsorship tier for the multi-sport event, where it will provide in-kind products to a value of approximately S$500,000(€345,000/$371,000).
Additionally, the company will manufacture alkaline batteries featuring the official logo of the SEA Games for 50,000 packs to be distributed at the closing ceremony.
The 2015 SEA Games will take place in Singapore from June 5-16. Over the past month, Singapore Airlines and JK Technologies have agreed deals to sponsor the event.
