Mexican tequila brand Jose Cuervo has announced an extension of its partnership with the Sauber Formula One team for the 2014 season.
Sauber and Jose Cuervo launched their multi-platform marketing co-operation in 2011.
The deal is the latest commercial link forged by Sauber with the Central American country after Mexican youngster Esteban Gutierrez was confirmed as part of the team’s driver line-up for next season after having made his debut in the 2013 campaign.
Last month, telecommunications company Telmex renewed its status as a premium partner of Sauber to retain a significant branding presence on the team’s cars.
The financial terms of Sauber’s latest deal with Jose Cuervo were not disclosed.
