Cricket South Africa released a summary of the report on the activities of former CEO Thabang Moroe which led to his sacking in August. Among other findings, the report said Moroe failed to follow procurement guidelines when engaging the services of an unnamed company that appeared to have been paid without delivering any services. The report also said Moroe failed to conduct due diligence on the Global Sports Commerce agency, and "failed to ensure that CSA does not suffer losses or potential losses flowing from GSC’s failure to fulfil its obligations in instances where their bank guarantee was not obtained".
