Formula One motor racing team Red Bull has agreed a deal to make cycling, running, motorsport and winter sports products manufacturer Scott Sports an official supplier.
Scott will provide a number of accessories to Red Bull’s pit crew, including goggles and a bespoke helmet.
Team members will also benefit from Scott’s cycling and running equipment. Scott’s Foil Team Issue road bikes will be produced in a special Red Bull edition, with a range available to cycling enthusiasts among the team.
Additionally, Scott Sports and Red Bull will explore opportunities for technology transfer. The initial intention of the partnership is to hold technical collaboration forums in the areas of carbon fibre technology and aerodynamics.
