Solar energy company Hanwha Q CELLS has agreed a partnership with German Bundesliga football club RB Leipzig.
The deal will run for two years, covering the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons, with the option to extend the agreement.
Hanwha Q CELLS will now serve as an international partner of the team and will provide the club with various solar energy solutions.
Technology from the firm will be used to help power various electronics inside the team’s Red Bull Arena home stadium, including LED advertising boards.
