French car manufacturer Renault has signed a sponsorship deal with domestic Ligue 1 football club Paris Saint-Germain.
The three-season deal names Renault as the official automobile partner of PSG.
Renault will work with PSG to develop large-scale, global advertising and promotional campaigns. PSG said the partnership would have a digital focus, with the club to provide Renault-related social media content to its 60 million followers.
Philippe Buros, commercial director for Renault France, said: “This major partnership offers us many opportunities, both in France and internationally, that will benefit our customers and our sales networks.“
