Indian tyre manufacturer TVS has been named as a co-presenting sponsor of this year’s edition of the men’s Asia Cup national team hockey tournament, which gets underway tomorrow (Wednesday) in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The event will be held at the Maulan Bhasani National Hockey Stadium and runs until October 22.
Indian motorcycle manufacturer Hero MotoCorp will serve as the title sponsor of the tournament.
The most recent edition of the Asia Cup was held in Ipoh, Malaysia in 2013, with South Korea defeating India 4-3 in the final.
