The Portuguese Football Federation (PFF) has renewed its partnership with telecommunications company Altice and its subsidiary Portugal Telecom.
The new agreement will run until 2024 and covers the men’s and women’s national teams, youth teams, and Portugal’s futsal and beach soccer outfits.
The new deal will extend the two parties’ relationship to almost 20 years.
Alexandre Fonseca, chief executive of Altice Portugal, said: “This is our longest partnership, with almost 20 years, that has evolved into what is now a commitment to all aspects of Portuguese football. We will continue to be the driving force behind the digital transformation of football and actively contribute to its development as a player in an increasingly digital world.”
