Porsche Motorsport smartens up with Hugo Boss

German automotive marque Porsche has agreed a multi-year partnership with fashion company Hugo Boss encompassing its array of motorsport activities.

Porsche Motorsport will be equipped by its fellow German company across the likes of its World Endurance Championship team and its future entry in Formula E.

From December 2019, Porsche will enter the series for electric race cars with its own works team. Hugo Boss holds an existing partnership with Formula E as the series’ Apparel Partner.

Mark Langer, chief executive of Hugo Boss, said: “We have already cooperated successfully in the area of motor sports over the course of recent years and decades. That is why I am delighted that our cooperation will now reach a new level with the future-oriented Formula E series.”

The brand partnership also covers other areas away from motorsport. The fashion house will offer a ‘Porsche x Boss’ collection in the Boss Stores and its online shop from March next year.
