Polytan, a manufacturer of synthetic turf systems, has signed up as a partner of the European Hockey Federation.
Under the deal, which will run for two years, from 2016 to 2017, Polytan will serve as the federation’s ‘preferred hockey turf partner,’ with exclusivity in that product category.
“We have carved out a leading position in world hockey under the Poligras brand,” Polytan managing director Markus Deimling said. “We are therefore very excited about the far-reaching collaboration with the EHF, which extends far beyond the usual sponsorship. As the innovation partner, we want to drive hockey sport forward together with the EHF and develop both new hockey pitches and new forms of the game.”
