Consumer electronics company Philco has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A football club Atlético Paranaense.
The deal will run for a year, with Philco’s branding to feature on the back of Atlético’s shirts. It marks the fourth time that Philco has sponsored the club.
Philco replaces government-owned bank Caixa Economica Federal as Atlético’s back-of-shirt sponsor.
Earlier this month, Philco signed one-year deals with fellow Serie A teams Santos and Paraná. Its logo will feature on the back of Santos’ shirts and on the sleeves of newly-promoted Paraná’s.
