Perrier refreshes historic Roland-Garros deal

French mineral water brand Perrier has agreed a four-year extension to its longstanding partnership with Roland-Garros, home of the French Open tennis grand slam.

Perrier has served as a sponsor of Roland-Garros for the past 41 years, and the new deal will extend this relationship through to 2023.

Under the deal, Perrier has received brand exposure throughout the Roland-Garros site, as well as supplying water to players.

Bernard Giudicelli, president of the French Tennis Federation (FFT), said: “The longevity demonstrates an attachment that goes beyond a mere partnership. It is a tribute and a desire to continue to write with us the history of the Roland-Garros tournament and we are delighted to continue this great adventure together.”

Earlier this month, Roland-Garros agreed a new three-year partnership with Chinese smartphone brand Oppo.
