Italian watch manufacturer Officine Panerai has agreed a deal to sponsor the America’s Cup and two of the competing teams in the sailing event.
Officine Panerai will serve as an official partner of the 35th edition of the showpiece competition, which takes place in Bermuda and begins on June 17.
Under the agreement, the company will also provide five limited-edition timepieces for defending America’s Cup champion Oracle Team USA and first-time challenger Softbank Team Japan.
