The National Women's Soccer League has secured a multiyear, multimillion dollar agreement with United States-based human resources, payroll, and workforce management company Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), which has become the inaugural title sponsor of the season-opening NWSL Challenge Cup.
As part of the agreement, the prize fund of the officially renamed "UKG NWSL Challenge Cup" will increase tenfold this year and nearly double again in 2023. The name change officially kicks in next year.
