U.S. Bank, part of the U.S. Bancorp financial services holding company, has entered into a partnership with NFL American football franchise the San Francisco 49ers.
Under the deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, U.S. Bank will become the team’s official consumer banking partner. U.S. Bank will also become the provider of on-site ATMs at the franchise’s new Levi’s Stadium home ground.
In addition, U.S. Bank customers will be able to access exclusive offers such as early access to tickets for events and a range of other fan initiatives.
The deal is separate to an agreement the 49ers struck last year with BNY Mellon, which enabled the investment company to become the team’s investment banking partner under a 10-year deal.
