The Mercedes Formula 1 team is under pressure to reverse its sponsorship agreement with building materials company Kingspan, following protests over the sponsor’s connection to the Grenfell Tower disaster.
The Irish company supplied cladding materials to the west London tower block – the site of one of the worst civil disasters in modern British history – where 72 people died after a fire engulfed the building in June 2017.
