Rugby League Ireland has confirmed international pub chain McGettigan’s as the title sponsor of its All Ireland League for the forthcoming 2015 season.
Under the agreement, McGettigan’s branding will also feature on the kits of the senior national teams and all sides involved in Rugby League Ireland competitions.
The 2015 All Ireland League will start on May 9 with a nine-a-side tournament title sponsored by McGettigan’s. The Ulster, Leinster and Munster championships will kick off the following week, culminating in the All Ireland Grand Final on August 1.
At the end of the season, the McGettigan-sponsored State of Origin contest will take place between Republic of Ireland Eagles and Northern Ireland Elks, with the first match taking place in Leinster on August 8, a week ahead of the return.
Elsewhere, McGettigan’s will sponsor the Student 4 Nations tournament at Carlisle Grounds in Bray from June 14-19.
