Luxury sports car company Maserati has agreed a deal to become an official partner of the 2013 Men’s World Squash Championship.
The agreement marks the first time in the Italian manufacturer’s 99-year history that it has sponsored a non-motor sport event.
The Men’s World Squash Championship takes place in Manchester, England between October 26 and November 3.
In August, Manchester-based financial services firm AJ Bell signed on as the event’s title sponsor.
