Mars returns to partner Napoli

Food products manufacturer Mars has entered into a new partnership with Italian Serie A football club Napoli.

As part of Napoli’s deal with Mars Italia, the Mars and M&M’s brands have been named as the Official Chocolate Snacks of the team. The agreement will run for the remainder of the 2018-19 season.

Mars Italia previously partnered with the team in the 1990s. Mars Italia general manager and chief executive Paolo Rigamonti said the new deal represents an “historic partnership”.

Napoli is second in Serie A after 19 games of the 2018-19 season.
