International gambling company ManBetX has renewed its title sponsorship of the Welsh Open snooker tournament.
The agreement covers the 2019 edition of the world ranking event, which will be held from February 11-17 at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena.
ManBetX sponsored the event for the first time this year, when John Higgins (pictured) picked up his fifth title with a victory over Barry Hawkins in the final.
The Welsh Open is snooker’s longest running ranking event other than the UK Championship and World Championship. It has been staged every year since 1992 and forms part of the Home Nations series.
