French luxury goods conglomerate LVMH has been named an official partner of the Paris 2024 bid to stage the summer Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Financial terms of the deal, which names LVMH the 12th official partner of Paris 2024, were not disclosed.
The French capital faces competition from Los Angeles, Rome and Budapest in its bid to stage the Games. The International Olympic Committee will announce the winning bid in September 2017.
LVMH joins AccorHotels, BNP Paribas, Caisse des Depots, Elior Group, FDJ, JCDecaux, La Poste, MAIF, Orange, RATP and Vivendi as official partners of Paris 2024.
