Leinster signs up Energia as Donnybrook naming-rights partner

Irish Pro14 rugby union club Leinster has agreed a long-term deal for national electricity and gas supplier Energia to take on naming rights to Donnybrook Stadium.

The 10-year agreement comes into effect immediately, with the stadium to be renamed as Energia Park.

Energia will now also become an official premium partner of Leinster under an arrangement that includes energy supply, as well as efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Leinster played its home matches at the stadium until 2007, when it relocated to the RDS Arena. Leinster youth team matches are now staged at the venue, while the facility is also used to host Ireland ‘A’ and Ireland Women’s national team matches.

The stadium also regularly plays host to live entertainment events, as well as various local sports competitions.
