British vehicle manufacturer Land Rover has agreed a three-year sponsorship deal with South African rugby union team Western Province.
As the official associate and exclusive vehicle partner of Western Province, Land Rover’s branding will feature on the team’s kit in the domestic Currie Cup and Vodacom Cup tournaments. Western Province competes as the Stormers against leading franchises from New Zealand and Australia in the Super Rugby competition and Land Rover’s deal also covers those matches.
Land Rover will supply a fleet of vehicles to Western Province’s players and management over the course of the agreement.
On the Stormers official website, Land Rover is now listed alongside the team’s top-tier partners – title sponsor DHL and kit manufacturer Adidas.
