Ladies European Tour teams up with golf course platform

Golf’s Ladies European Tour has entered into a partnership with Leadingcourses.com, an online golf course review platform.

As part of the deal, the length of which was not disclosed, the two parties will work together to allow golfers to discover the best courses from around the world.

The partnership will promote each participating course on the LET and the LET Access Series schedule. Professionals will also be encouraged to leave reviews of courses they have played on Leadingcourses.com.

“The LET is pleased to partner with Leadingcourses.com to progress our common goals of growing the golf market in Europe and increasing female golf participation,” LET chairman Mark Lichtenhein said. “We are always looking for ways to connect with current and potential golfers and our association with Leadingcourses.com will allow us to offer another benefit to our fans.”

Jeroen Korving, managing partner of Leadingcourses.com, added: “We have been present at LET tournaments since 2011 and we love to help to promote female golf towards our community even more. We believe that we can also help the LET venues to boost their visibility online.

“We are looking forward to (engaging) with the playing professionals and to hear and share their personal experiences of the golf courses they have played. I really think that our community – especially the lower handicap players – will be very interested to read the opinions of these professionals.”
