Kuala Lumpur 2017 lands new partner

Drinks products manufacturer Milo has agreed a deal to sponsor the 2017 edition of the Southeast Asian Games multi-sport event, which will be staged in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur.

As part of the deal, Milo will provide the Malaysian SEA Games Organising Committee with RM700,000 (€154,000/$172,000) in cash, RM500,000 in kind and over RM6m in marketing support.

Milo will serve as a second-tier silver sponsor alongside isotonic sports drinks brand 100 Plus.
