KAP7 makes a splash with LEN partnership

The Ligue Européenne de Natation, governing body for swimming in Europe, has agreed a multi-year partnership with water polo equipment specialist KAP7.

Under the terms of the deal, KAP7 will be the official provider of water polo balls for the Champions League, other LEN club competitions and in all European Championships.

KAP7 was founded in 2004 by aquatic greats, two-time Olympic champion Bradley Schumacher and three-time Olympian Wolf Wigo.

LEN president Paolo Barelli said: “In water polo, all eyes are kept on Europe almost all the time, we have the best players both in the clubs and in the national teams so it is of the utmost importance what kind of balls they play with. KAP7 is a dedicated partner which really focuses on water polo, their commitment is a guarantee to provide the best quality for the players.”

In men’s competitions, Europe has secured all but one Olympic titles and all World Championships titles and medals. KAP7 will introduce its new balls for the spring rounds of this season’s Champions League and the qualification rounds of the 2018 European Championships.
