Kansas City Chiefs refresh long-running Coca-Cola partnership

NFL American football team the Kansas City Chiefs has renewed its partnership with soft drinks giant Coca-Cola.

According to the Kansas City Business Journal newspaper, the new deal will run for three years, from 2017 to 2020. Coca-Cola will retain its position as the official soft drink of the Chiefs.

Coca-Cola products will continue to be sold at the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium as part of the extended agreement.

Coca-Cola is the Chiefs’ longest-serving partner, having first teamed up with the franchise in 1963 when it moved from Dallas to Kansas City.
