Italian Serie A football club Bologna has agreed a shirt sponsorship deal with natural gas and electricity retailer Illumia.
Under the partnership, the terms for which were not disclosed, Illumia’s branding will feature on the lower back of Bologna’s playing shirts.
Additionally, Illumia will launch a television commercial to mark the agreement in October and becomes the energy supplier to Bologna’s Stadio Renato Dall’Ara.
Automatic doors manufacturer FAAC had earlier struck a deal to become the new main sponsor of the club.
