Hubside partners PSG, offers fans website creation opportunity

Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the French website creator Hubside have signed a marketing partnership for the next three seasons.

According to the sports newspaper L’Equipe, the contract is worth just under €1.5m ($1.7m) per season.

In addition to the acquisition of comprehensive marketing rights, Hubside will offer PSG supporters the opportunity to create websites about their club and favourite players.

Sadri Fegaier, Hubside founder and president, said the deal marks the first time that Hubside has partnered with another brand to offer such an opportunity to fans.

Marc Armstrong, chief partnerships officer at PSG, added: “As well as being a leader on the football pitch, Paris Saint-Germain is also a digital pioneer and once again demonstrates its leadership in terms of innovation.”
