HP returns to Tottenham’s side

English Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur has announced that technology giant HP will be the club’s principal partner for the 2013-14 season.

American firm HP extended the sponsorship agreement between Tottenham and Autonomy, which has been a club sponsor since 2010 and was acquired by HP in 2011, for a further season.

Software firm Autonomy last season held Tottenham’s Premier League shirt sponsorship rights through its augmented reality platform Aurasma, while Investec displayed its brand during the North London club’s cup games.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy said: “We are delighted to welcome the HP brand back to the club having previously been a club partner in the 1990s.”
